The first line engineer role is office based in Fareham where you will be the first line of technical support for our clients. You will be patient and have good communication skills. You will be able to resolve many IT issues and understand when these need to be escalated to higher levels of support.

Second Line Service Desk Engineer

The Second Line Service Desk Engineer role is both technical and requires great communication skills. At the forefront of the business dealing with clients issues patiently, yet proactively this position needs the right person, with the right attitude. You will be experienced in providing remote support to clients.

Second Line Mobile Engineer

Second Line Mobile Engineers are at the forefront of the business dealing with client’s issues. Responsible for onsite support to clients and being an escalation point to First Line Engineers on Helpdesk. Working efficiently and productively to achieve and exceed SLA’s, KPI’s, and profitability targets.


Third Line Support Engineer

We are searching for a Third Line Support Engineer to be the escalation point for all customer calls and emails to our service desk. The role is technical and requires you to provide hardware fault diagnosis and repairs. You will also support the project engineers with the preparation of hardware for onsite delivery.

We are searching for a project engineer to manage delivery of IT projects and services. The role is technical and requires excellent communications skills. You will be the face of Matrix IT and will be good at managing client issues and expectations whilst proactively managing projects to completion.
