On-site Engineers

As part of our IT customer support, our engineers may be full or part time. They will provide immediacy of on-site support as well as a complete helpdesk service.

We fully appreciate that each client is unique and so this allocation is tailor-made for your business on a needs-based service.

IT Support Responsibilities

Their responsibilities include:

  • Progress and resolve technical faults and changes put through to the technical team within a timely manner
  • Complement the realm of line support, troubleshooting and implementing fixes
  • Proactively monitor and resolve critical alerts
  • Provide holiday, sickness and absence cover across the sites, where agreed.
