Matt has 20 years of experience working in IT. Matt has a real strength in aligning the needs of businesses with technology, from designing and delivering solutions, to working with executive boards and senior leadership teams.

Operations Director
With over fourteen years of Matrix experience, Lou is dedicated to ensuring the operations team provides what is needed to give our customers the best service whilst also giving outstanding care and support to our employees.

Kev joined Matrix in Apr 2007 and has risen through the ranks to Technical Director. He is responsible for the delivery of our service desk support and ensuring we are offering our clients the latest services in technology.
