Quarantine Email Update: Shared Mailboxes
Following the quarantined email issues with the Barracuda mail service, we have a further update on shared mailboxes.
A new temporary passcode access method has been introduced for shared mailbox quarantined emails. We have enabled this for all customers so you will be able to manage the quarantine of shared mailboxes yourself.
How does it work?
You will need to do the following to access shared mailboxes in Barracuda:
- Select “Deliver” or “Manage Quarantine” as normal from a quarantine report
- Type in the shared mailbox email address on the Barracuda login page
- Select the option to email a temporary passcode:
