Dark Web Monitoring
We can help prevent identity theft and financial loss that could be extremely damaging for your business.
Using our state-of-the-art technology, we monitor the dark web in real-time, scouring it for your critical assets. Should your company information be identified by our Network Operation Centre (NOC), we will be alerted immediately so that our team can investigate the breach and take action to reduce the impact of the leaked data.
The key to protecting businesses in the event that they are a victim of a data breach is to ensure that they are aware of the breach, and take the necessary steps to remove any compromised credentials before cybercriminals have the chance to attempt an attack. By monitoring the Dark Web in real-time for your critical assets, we can considerably reduce the risk of the potential for identity theft and financial loss.

WHY MONITOR THE DARK WEB?
In many cases, through gaining access to just one company account, criminals are then able to access much more critical information. Humans tend to repeat things in order to remember them better, and this is particularly common with passwords – a worrying statistic is that 65% of all user passwords tend to be the same or similar, meaning that if one account is compromised, then all accounts could potentially be compromised.
To avoid the potentially catastrophic results of a data breach, it’s important that businesses are aware of access to their information on the Dark Web as soon as possible, in order for them to be able to take action.
Why you should care about Dark Web Monitoring
- Businesses tend to ignore the role of dark web forums in facilitating data breaches
- Dark web monitoring solutions alert companies if their private and confidential data is found online
- If notified on time, companies can respond to phishing, business email compromise and IP infringement

Why is Cyber Security so important?
Cyber Security is important because it protects your business data from theft and damage. This includes sensitive data, personally identifiable information (PII), personal information and data.
The Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2022, published on 11 July 2022, states that in the last 12 months, 39% of UK businesses identified a cyber attack. Of the 39% of UK businesses who identified an attack, the most common threat vector was phishing attempts (83%). This makes phishing attacks still the most popular type of data breach since 2021.
A phishing attack is when staff receive fraudulent emails or get directed to fraudulent websites. This is followed, to a much lesser extent, by impersonation and then viruses or other malware.
Types of breaches or attacks identified in 2021
-
- 83% Phishing Attacks
