Remote Support

Matrix can support you remotely. Follow the steps below to download the program allowing us to gain access to your machine for support purposes.

  1. Click one of the links below to download manually.
  2. Launch the downloaded program, it may be in your Downloads folder.
  3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.

When you want to end the support session, you must quit the program.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed until you download and run the program again.

Android device

In order for us to assist you remotely, you will need the need to do the following:

  1. Install the Splashtop SOS app from the Google Play Store
  2. Launch the SOS app.
  3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT administrator.

When you have finished with your support session be sure to close the app and stop Broadcast or turn off AirPlay.

IOS Device

In order for us to assist you remotely, you will need the need to do the following:

  1. Install the Splashtop SOS app from the App Store
  2. Launch the SOS app.
  3. Give the 9-digit number to your IT administrator.
