Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health, and this November the Matrix team are joining them to make a difference for men’s health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
The Mo Bros at Matrix IT have started with a clean-shaven face, ready to craft their own individual Mos throughout November.
At Matrix IT we take the health and well-being of our staff very seriously, this is why we have Mental Health First Aiders in the business and put wellbeing first. Their role at Matrix is to act as the first point of contact for people with mental health issues, providing support and guidance to their peers. As well as being someone to talk to, our mental health first aiders also act as an advocate for mental health, helping to reduce stigmas and enact positive change.
