The team at Matrix IT is feeling motivated following a fantastic inspirational workshop session with Brian Wood that took place on Tuesday 6thApril 2022.
Brian delivers inspirational workshops to businesses across the South Coast. At the age of 23, Brian was thrust into the front line in Iraq. Ambushed, he led a charge across open ground with insurgents firing at just five soldiers. Brian spoke powerfully and movingly about the battles in his life, from being ambushed to the mental battle to adjust at home, to being falsely accused of hideous war crimes.
Brian showed the team at Matrix IT that no matter the challenge, whether in life, fitness or wellbeing, everyone is unique and has their own inner strength. We learnt that positive thinking is a way of life and we should try to inspire each other to live better, challenge and conquer.
